Response time

- Clear photos if something arrived damaged or incorrect
Order changes or cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing or shipped.
Address updates
Email us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not shipped, we will update it. If it has shipped, we will try to help with the carrier, but changes are not guaranteed.
Returns
Start a return by emailing support@casserna.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
